Arcus-Gruppen AS is the parent company in the Group and owns and manages the subsidiaries Arcus AS, Vectura AS and Vingruppen AB in Sweden.

In addition, Arcus-Gruppen AS performs shared functions, such as Finance and Financial Management, Business Development, IT, HR and Communication.

In order to adjust our organization to the market, it was resolved in the spring of 2007 to organize the Group into three business areas – Spirits, Wine and Distribution. The restructuring was implemented in the autumn of 2007 and involves greater focus on the Group’s core areas.
