The code of conduct for for Arcus-Gruppen and wholly owned subsidiaries has been drawn up to ensure internal awareness of and living up to the expectations we set ourselves as a prominent player in the alcohol industry in the Nordic region.

Arcus-Gruppen supports international human rights and labour standards as laid down in the UN’s Global Compact and thereby has undertaken to follow and promote the ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment and anti-corruption.

All employees in Arcus-Gruppen have a responsibility to follow our code of conduct, which has been based on our core values: Teamwork, Innovation and Responsibility.
