As the largest player in wine and spirits in Norway, we would like to take active social responsibility with regard to our business and its impact on people and the environment.

We work systematically in defining and implementing specific solutions to improve the environment in all key production processes and major projects. We will work continuously to prevent and reduce environmental impact from our business and the products we market and sell.

• Incoming flow of goods: Through continuous improvement of logistics solutions and purposeful follow-up of business partners, we will achieve annual reductions in environmentally unfriendly emissions per volume unit.
   
• Production / warehouse / offices: We shall achieve annual reductions in environmentally unfriendly emissions per volume unit produced / handled through efficient use of energy, raw materials and packaging in our internal production processes and also optimization of waste management and source sorting throughout the entire value chain.
   
• Outgoing flow of goods: We shall work continuously with our logistics and transport solutions and business partners in order to improve the efficiency and use of resources in distribution of goods to our customers. This shall give an annual reduction in environmentally unfriendly emissions per volume unit distributed.
   
• Customer and supplier follow-up: We shall be environmentally-conscious with regard to travel to customers and suppliers. The need for travel shall be assessed and alternatives to air travel shall be considered in each case.
   
• Projects: Before the start of all major projects, a specific evaluation shall be made of the environmental impact. One of the objectives shall always be that new projects shall help improve the Group’s overall environmental standard.
